Since 1990, Bluesfest showcases music from around the world every Easter long weekend, just north of Byron Bay in New South Wales and now attracts over 100,000 music fans! Blues is proud to be acknowledged as one of the premier festivals in Australia being recognised as a safe, fun, family-friendly event and importantly, is committed to environmental sustainability.
Bluesfest is considered one of the most sustainable festivals globally having won the International Green Festival Award 6 times! The International A Greener Festival Awards celebrates and recognises individuals and suppliers that are really breaking ground in event sustainability, with the headline award considered the top prize attainable!
