Enova Community has a dedicated team of volunteers who are passionate about helping households to reduce their energy consumption. Whether your motivation is to save money or to reduce your carbon footprint, they can help, with advice customised to your home and energy needs. You don't need to have a particular issue or question to request a call.
In pre-COVID times this service was provided via home visits, however, we are now trialling personal consultations via phone or Zoom. Please complete these questions to request a session and give us some information about your situation. This will help the Energy Coach know a bit about you before they call.
Please note: Enova's Energy Coaches are not salespeople. They are simply people who have volunteered because they are passionate about energy efficiency and renewable energy. They have no goal or incentive for you to purchase any specific products or services. Enova's motivation in offering this service (for free) is to fulfil its goal of "create energy-aware communities through energy efficiency education".
